These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the online gaming services offered by Divaspin (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Verification (KYC/AML)
- We may request age, identity, address and payment-method verification before deposits, withdrawals, or at any time.
- Failure to pass verification may result in restrictions, suspension, or closure of your account.
- We conduct anti–money laundering and fraud checks; activity may be reported to relevant authorities where required.
4. Responsible Gambling
- Tools may include deposit, loss and wager limits, session reminders, time-outs, and self-exclusion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

- Currency support (e.g., AUD) and exchange rates depend on your selected method and location.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
- Each offer has specific terms (e.g., eligibility, wagering, expiry, game contribution, max bet/win caps). Read them before claiming.
- Bonus abuse (e.g., multi-accounting, minimal-risk wagering, collusion) may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
- Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are separate from cash funds; wagering applies to bonus funds as specified.
7. Games, RNG & Live Dealer
- RNG-based games use certified random number generators to determine outcomes.
- Live dealer tables are operated from controlled studios; rules and limits are shown at each table.
- Disconnections, lag or device issues on your side may affect your experience; see our Disconnection Policy where provided.
8. Fairness, Errors & Malfunctions
- In the event of a technical error, displayed price error, or malfunction, affected bets/rounds may be voided and corrected.
- Where a game malfunction occurs, “malfunction voids all pays and plays” applies to the extent permitted by law.
- We may cancel or adjust results to correct obvious mistakes (including palpable errors).
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple accounts, use of bots/automation, collusion, advantage exploitation or attempting to circumvent controls.
- Fraud, chargebacks, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Transferring or selling accounts, or using another person’s account or payment method without consent.
10. Dormant & Inactive Accounts
- Accounts with no login or wagering activity for 12 months may be deemed dormant.
- We will attempt to contact you before any dormancy fees are applied (if applicable) as set out in the cashier/help pages.
11. Intellectual Property
- All site content, trademarks and materials are owned by or licensed to Divaspin.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit site content without prior written consent.
12. Liability
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those required by law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
13. Suspension & Closure
- We may suspend or close accounts for breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements or responsible gambling reasons.
- Where lawful, we will pay out any cleared cash balance less any amounts due (e.g., chargebacks, fees, or disputed funds).
14. Complaints & Disputes
- Contact support first with your account details and a summary of the issue.
- If unresolved, you may request escalation according to the procedure in the help pages.
- Keep relevant screenshots, timestamps and transaction IDs to speed up review.
15. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined there.
16. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site and/or email.
- Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operator’s principal place of business as specified in the site footer or your account documents. Where required, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence also apply.
